3.    Discover The Importance Of Energy and why it’s so important to take deliberate conscious control of your thoughts and feelings.

 

4.    Acknowledge & Clear any unsupportive thoughts, feelings and patterns that might have blocked any of the other steps - using your power tools.

 

5.    Let Go of ‘Trying’ To Change or Have anyone or anything – accept things the way they are – and allow everything to change automatically – without resistance.

 

6.    Learn How To Love, Respect and Approve of Yourself completely.

 

7.    Learn How To Forgive Yourself & Others & To Be Grateful For Everything.

 

Keep a note of any uncomfortable feelings or thoughts you notice as you read through the 7 steps. 

 

Uncomfortable feelings and thoughts are normal – and are just an indication of beliefs, thoughts and inner talk that has blocked your happiness until now.   

 

You already have one way to exchange unsupportive feelings for feelings of pleasure and you’ll soon learn more powerful tools to help you clear any discomfort and so clear your way to love happiness and sexual ecstasy more quickly and easily!
